Beginning September 1 2026, The Farmyard will be charging a minimal admission fee ($3 per adult and $2 per child above the age of 2 years old). We will also be offering a 2026 Fall Seasonal Pass ($40). Please see the note from the Wilson Family and a list of FAQs below.
Why is The Farmyard no longer free?
After 10 years of offering free admission, we have reached a point where we need additional resources to maintain the farm and invest in its future. The admission fee will help us continue caring for our animals, maintaining the property, improving guests experiences, expanding educational opportunities, and building toward the future of The Farmyard.

How does the season pass work?
The Season Pass is designed for families that would like to visit the farm multiple times from September – December of 2026. It includes entry to the farm and barns, access to play areas and visiting with our animals. Special activities (pony rides, bunny encounters, etc) are sold separately. Those tickets can be purchased online or at the door. When families return, they should check in upon arrival.

Do I need to pay the admission fee if I’m shopping for produce, snowballs or fall pumpkins?
No! If you are on a shopping spree at The Farmyard, please let our staff at the check-out counter know. You will not need an admission ticket for this.
