This is an event you don’t want to miss!

Dairy Day is one of our favorite events of the year! In 2017 we decided to host a Dairy Day where our Farmyard visitors could gain a hands-on experience with the industry. A couple of our milk cows and bottle calves join us for the day, we set up a photo opportunity with a few heifers (young female cows), provide hayrides and more.

Most say milking a cow is the highlight of the day, but we will leave that to you to determine! This year we have added some extra spaces for a few local vendors and groups. We are excited to welcome the Upper Chesapeake Dairy Princess, Lynne Thomas. She will be talking about the benefits of dairy products and crafting with children.

We highly encourage bringing family members and friends to enjoy this afternoon of fun. Because our family is filled with four generations of dairy farmers, we hold Dairy Day near to our hearts and hope you will too!

Most activities cost $5-$7.
Hayrides: 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm
No dogs please.
