A NEW PARTNERSHIP
During the rebuild, a group of volunteers identified an opportunity to offer more to the community. They created Farmyard Friends Learning Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the youth involved in numerous agriculture industries while increasing public awareness and the populations of rare or endangered livestock breeds. This organization will offer scholarships to children to help cover the costs associated with participating in projects and agriculture-related activities including leasing, caring for, and competing with livestock, including common, rare, and endangered breeds.
