We may have been closed for the last 3 months, but that doesn’t mean we weren’t working! On the farm our animals have been taken care of every day, twice a day. We have also been putting the pieces together for the 2017 season.
Our carriage rides are now open and appointments are filling up quickly!
We’ve added new animals to the group including 4 different breeds of ducklings. Our Pekin hen has been sitting on a nest for the last couple of weeks.
Kelly has been very busy making soaps (a “mint poppy seed bar” and “fun fish” soap are pictured above). Check out the SOAPS AT THE FARMYARD page to see more! They smell incredible.
Ben and Farmer Steve have been working on a hands-on opportunity with our chicken pen.
And the big question… what are those crazy arches? Let’s just say our goal is to make them perfect picture taking opportunity and a great way for children and their families to literally walk through agriculture!
